I M steady while the herd panics and grabs, because their fear is not my compass.

Wisdom

Crowds move as one animal, buying at the top in greed and selling at the bottom in fear. The free man is not wired into that current. He can be still while everyone stampedes, think while everyone reacts, and act from his own judgment instead of the mood of the mob.

Carry It

Refuse one piece of herd behavior today, a panic, a pile-on, a frenzy, and act from your own steady judgment instead.

Ask Yourself

How many of your recent moves were your own decision, and how many were just the crowd's fear moving through you?
