Tradition is a good servant and a terrible master. Some of what your people did carried deep meaning. Some was just fear repeated until it looked like faith. Keep the traditions that still feed you, understand why they exist, and release the ones that are only habit wearing a robe.

Carry It

Examine one family tradition today: keep it if it still carries meaning, and release it if it is only fear in a costume.
